Making Hay in April and May

27 May 2019

The end of May is in sight [insert witty political satire here] and the Erratics have already managed to complete 10 games, including 5 wins, 3 losses, a TIE!, and a result from yesterday that is unknown to me.

If you haven't been keeping up with events then here is a 'life hack' for you: assume that in each game we bowled first, and well, restricting our opponents to a below par total, before making heavy work of the run chase - in difficult batting conditions, the batsmen will tell you - but ultimately coming out on top. This has been the pattern for most of the games, but other narratives are available. Indeed, you can read some in the match reports, to be found in the fixtures section here.
